Can’t recommend Jen and her fantastic newborn sleep training program highly enough! We sought Jen’s help for our 6-month-old baby boy – his overnight wakes were really inconsistent, anywhere from 1 to 3 wakes a night and at whatever time he pleased. And he catnapped all throughout the day, with an active toddler as well this was exhausting.
We got in touch with Jen who recommended that the Remote Program would be enough for us, even though we’d asked for a more expensive, overnight home visit (I. E. she’s honest and won’t try and get you to do a program that’s more than what you need).
We were skeptical at first as to how effective or supportive a remote program would be. We’d used sleep consultants before for our 1st child, but we were blown away by the incredible level of support Jen gave us through the daily logs. It was hard work for us but Jen worked even harder, checking our logs daily, on weekends, public holidays (!), providing feedback and comments on the minute details of everyday life with a baby!
She is beyond dedicated and one time even replied to a text I sent at 11.30 pm at night when my son had been awake for 1.5h and I didn’t know what else to do. Of course, the support is gradually weaned off as the program progresses but this is totally appropriate and gives us the confidence to implement the program without Jen holding our hand every step of the way (like in real life!).
After only 2 weeks of the 3-week program, we were confident in the settling techniques for our baby and are now on a predictable routine with overnight sleep and day naps, which is precisely what I wanted when I booked Jen.
Even if things don’t go exactly to plan I now know what to do and how to approach things, I was quite sure I was on the road to postnatal depression prior to booking Jen, but now feeling like I know what to do about my baby’s sleep seems to have averted that. So thank you Jen for everything, especially for your great newborn sleep training program.
