Parenting is hard work and it doesn’t need to be done on extreme lack of sleep!
We worked with Jen over a number of weeks to improve nap and sleep time for our daughter Chloe who was 8 weeks old at the time. She helped her establish a good bedtime routine. It is honestly the best money we have ever spent. My only regret is not doing it sooner.
We are first time parents from overseas. I think as new parents we think that we should be able to do it on our own and something so basic as sleep should come naturally. After my phone conversation with Jen we decided the 3-day program was right for us as it involved Jen coming to our home to support us in our environment and model the appropriate approach and techniques that were individualised to our situation.
Chloe would only nap on me in the day in, it involved me walking hours on end in the baby carrier or bouncing on a yoga ball.
It has changed our lives and we are so grateful to Jen. Her approach is so gentle and Chloe was so calm and content in her presence.
Not only did we get the result we wanted, Jen made the process to achieve it very easy with daily communication and support in a short space of time with minimal upset to Chloe. Communicating with Jen everyday gave us the confidence to persevere.
Jen is so knowledgeable and has educated both my husband and I to feel equipped to support our daughter.
Now at the end of our time, Chloe loves her nap and bedtime routine. She is self soothing herself to sleep in her cot and linking her cycles.
