After several months of poor sleep and broken sleep cycles, my husband and I reached out to Jen, the Gentle Sleep Consultant Sydney, for help with our 9-month-old son. Prior to seeking out help from Jen, our son would wake at least 2 to 5 times a night, every night, and would only go back to sleep if he was being nursed. In addition, on a good night, after doing bath time, it could take 1 to 1.5 hours to initially put him to sleep only to have him wake up less than an hour later.
I was also trying to get my son used to sleeping in his own cot and room for MONTHS, and nothing worked… after many hours of frustration and broken sleep I would eventually give up and bring him back to sleep in my bed, which I didn’t want to do anymore.💔

Jen, my husband, and I worked together throughout the program, we learned gentle sleep training techniques and this is how our baby boy was able to self-settle and eventually started sleeping through the night, every night!
It’s now been less than 2 weeks since we started the program and our son has slept over 10-11 hours every single night without needing us to check in on him.
We are so grateful for all the assistance provided by Jen, her program is so easy to follow and we never felt alone doing this, she was always there for us!
