Our son at the time was 5 1/2 months (26 weeks) and was waking every one to two hours during the night, having a hard time settling unless he was fed to sleep, had a dummy, sleeping in our room, and was a catnapper.

After the free phone consultation, we decided the best program was the remote program of 21-day support and we started the next day after the 45-minute phone call that was included in the program. The phone call allowed us to discuss all our goals and concerns and then Jen put a plan together.
Initially, my husband and I chose the gentle withdrawal method which our son did not respond to well (different for each baby). Day three, we decided the gentle reassurance method would be best and it worked straight away and the difference in our son’s sleeping patterns was almost instant.
Throughout the program, Jen was guiding us and providing advice every day and having this put our minds at ease. Within a couple of days, our son went from waking every couple of hours to sleeping through the night, self settling, sleeping in his own room, no longer having a dummy, and having nice long naps.
