After enormous challenges with my firstborn, I was determined to get my second baby sleeping well. I was very nervous because nothing had worked with my first, but Jen’s unique program was an incredible success! She is incredibly confident and intelligent, and the support she provides on how to get newborn to sleep with her remote program is truly unique. She is worth every dollar, and I’m glad I threw myself into it and committed.
There are a few options to suit your needs and comfort levels, which I really appreciated. She has invaluable insight and 20+ years of experience that meant she was able to approach any problem or question that I had and provide an effective and realistic solution.
My 4-month-old baby was napping 5 to 10 minutes at a time, and waking 3-8 times a night. He had become very reliant on feeding to sleep and wanted to sleep all the time. Now, he can self-settle, sleep through the night, and his naps are improving enormously as he is learning to connect his sleep cycles. I’ve also gone from feeding every 1 to 2 hours to a predictable 2 to 3 hours in the day and scheduled night feeding. He now even communicates in his own way that he wants to sleep in the cot and not in our arms!
I was terrified to lose so much of my life to poor sleep all over again because I was clueless on how to get newborn to sleep. I know what it’s like to lose friends, sleep, hobbies, ability to work, health, independence, and happiness, all due to disrupted sleep. I was in the trenches for 2 years with my firstborn, and I wish I’d found Jen sooner. The way I see it is not only has Jen given our whole family good sleep, but she’s given us our lives back, and a level of confidence and skills I never thought were possible. I know that if things change, I’ll know what to do and that I can achieve the goals I set.
Now, I actually get to enjoy my children, build memories, rediscover my hobbies and identity, and live my life. The first 2 years with my firstborn are a blur, and I don’t remember much; it breaks my heart. Now that we’ve all been able to get some sleep, our whole family has been able to spend time together and just enjoy it. My baby has even been more interactive because I’ve actually had the time and energy to bond with him, which was a struggle with my first. I get to have forever memories, and to me, that is invaluable in every sense. Thank you, Jen! Thanks for your invaluable tips and lessons on how to get newborn to sleep.
