We can not thank Jen enough for turning our lives around in 2 nights! She came strongly recommended by my best friend and she did not disappoint. She was everything and more!
Jen the baby sleep consultant came to us when our little Billie was 4 months old and had hit the dreaded baby sleep regression. This had her waking up between 10pm to 6am at least 5 times. By the fourth week, I found myself in the fetal position at 3am, unable to cope. Something had to be done to regain my sanity.
We would sometimes spend up to 2 hours trying to get her back to sleep! We tried everything, from pacing around the house, to rocking her, to bouncing on a fit ball, only to finally put her down and have her wake up crying less than an hour later. As adorable as Billie is, and loving every pudgy roll of hers, being in the 97th percentile for her weight starts to take a toll on your body when you’re unsuccessfully using these methods. As soon as we contacted Jen, the wheels were in motion. This lady does not mess about. She had us on a schedule within hours, which we still live by. Her knowledge is extensive and everything she suggests really does work. We felt more secure and had such a better understanding of routines and what needed to be done to ensure Billie would get a great amount of sleep and overcome baby sleep regression, so she could grow and thrive as she should.
Jen was gentle in her approach, and held my hand through the entire process. I can honestly say there is no way we could have done it without her. She is with you every step of the way.
Almost 2 months on, Bille is so much happier. She goes to sleep without protesting, she actually likes to be put down in her cot. She now sleeps from 6:30pm until 6-7am. An absolute miracle! We now look forward to putting her to sleep, as soon as we sing our song (that’s a sleep cue, Jen will fill you in 😉 ) she knows it’s time for bed, its thumb in mouth, eyes get heavy and she is honestly sound asleep within 5-10 minutes.
Please don’t struggle anymore. There is a solution and it’s Jen. She’s just wonderful.
