I wish I’d found Jen and her wonderful baby sleep program earlier!
My little girl has never been a very good sleeper, waking every 1 to 2.5 hours overnight and fighting day sleeps ever since she was tiny. We were in a cycle of breastfeeding upwards of 12 times every 24 hours, constant overnight wake-ups that required feeding and settling in arms to get back to sleep, and a reluctance to engage with solid foods.
Upon Jen’s advice, we went with the remote baby sleep program and I couldn’t have been more surprised at how well (and quickly!!) my little sleep fighter has adapted!
Within three days, she was sleeping through the night (which, with a record of never sleeping for longer than 3 hours at a time since birth is simply miraculous). We were down to one dream feed overnight and a much more sustainable approach to solids now that we’ve reduced the number of breastfeeds. Jen was even able to recommend some ideas when my little one decided that she suddenly hated her nightly bath time, too.
I can’t thank Jen enough for the difference she’s made in such a short time with our little family. My daughter now calmly goes to sleep on her own in the cot, resettles independently when she wakes overnight, and naps twice a day.
